Establishment News Media CBS, NBC, and ABC: Vaughn Klingenberg

Letter to the Editor VT FOREIGN POLICY (May 28, 2024)   The Establishment News Media—CBS, NBC, and ABC—seem to have conspired together to frame the conflict in Gaza as, in their words, “The Israel-Hamas War.”  There is thus a transparently pro-Israel bias to the framing of that conflict.  Given that well over 35,000 Palestinian Gentiles have been killed (and over 100,000 wounded) and given that the majority of these 35,000+ dead are Palestinian women, children, and infants, it is certainly grossly misleading to characterize the conflict as Israel vs Hamas.  If Hamas fighters were primarily being targeted by the Israeli military, then we should expect to see more military-aged Palestinian men being […] #Featured #IsraelWaronPalestine #WarZone
