The opposition Ukrainians have in making concessions in peace negotiations with Russia has declined over the past two years, a new survey conducted by a Kiev-based think tank found. The same think tank also found that the majority of Ukrainians recognise that Russia’s special military operation is not the reason why Volodymyr Zelensky could not deliver on the promises he made when he was elected president in 2019 – most famously to fight and end corruption. A new problem has emerged in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: fuel theft, writes the Ukrainian portal Strana citing military personnel.
