On March 22, at around 20:00 Moscow Time, a horrendous terrorist attack occurred at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk, a small city in the Moscow oblast (region), just west/northwest outside of the city limits of Russia’s capital. Four terrorists directly carried out the mass shooting, while some were filmed cutting the throats of unarmed civilians.
