Given that the effectiveness of any counter-offensive but above all of a sort of international police operation against Hamas (as Netanhyau defines it) lies always in its timeliness, why Netanyahu waited a full twenty days from the time of the attack on Oct.7th before intervening with ground forces against the supposed enemy ”Hamas” on the Oct.27th?
