Sorry, this article is published a week later. In facts, it was born the day after Putin’s election but health reasons for my eyesight (conjunctivitis) prevented me from writing it then. Of course I am informed of what happened afterwards in Moscow which perhaps I will comment on later but first I wanted to congratulate the newly re-elected president Putin with this article and share with you my reasons.
