In a highly significant decision, the Court of Appeal (Civil Division)(Lady Carr CJ, Bean and Whipple LJJ) on Friday dismissed the appeal of Bangladeshi terrorist (or former terrorist, if she prefers), Shamima Begum against the decision to revoke her British nationality on national security grounds. I’ve not only commented on the case, it may have been myself who instigated it!
