Covington and NVLSP Sue U.S. Navy For Thwarting Navy and Marine Corps Reservists Access To Disability Retirement

WASHINGTON — Today, Covington & Burling LLP, in coordination with the National Veterans Legal Services Program filed a class action complaint in US District Court to ensure that Navy and Marine Reservists with service-connected injuries are able to access their earned disability retirement benefits.
