Den 8 mars 2022 publicerade, Congressional Research Service, en omfattande rapport angående USA´s krig och militära interventioner runtom i världen från 1798 fram till vår tid. Den påvisade att under tiden efter 1991 fram till nu så kan man notera 251 militära interventioner där den överväldigande majoriteten utgörs av illegal våldsutövning från USA´s sida.
